These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PT FIRM AMBASSADOR (“PTFA”, “we”, “us”) website and official Google Play applications.

By browsing, downloading, or interacting with our services you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Landing page content, publications, forms, scheduling tools, and downloadable materials hosted at firmambassador.biz.id.

Android apps or utilities released under the Google Play developer name “PT FIRMAMBASSADOR”, including beta programs and gated builds.

Support channels such as secure document portals, e-signature workflows, and email communications tied to the above services.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable to enter into agreements under Indonesian law.

If you access the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Consuming our digital content does not create an attorney-client relationship until a formal engagement letter or service agreement is executed.

Do not misuse, disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer any component of the services.

Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or attempt to impersonate another individual or entity.

Respect confidentiality obligations; materials made available to you may not be redistributed without written approval.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, verification codes, and devices used to access our secure areas.

Notify us immediately at hallo@firmambassador.biz.id if you suspect unauthorized access or discover a security vulnerability.

We may suspend or terminate access, disable links, or block devices to protect the integrity of our infrastructure.

Engagements commence only after mutual execution of an engagement letter or fee agreement that details scope, billing model, and deliverables.

We are not responsible for losses or issues arising from third-party services even when accessed through our website or apps.

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PTFA disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law or our professional obligations as licensed advocates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Surabaya, unless a different forum is specified in a written engagement.

We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory requirements or new features. Revisions take effect once posted on this page.

Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
